The room was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Even though the hotel was booked heavily, the room felt so much quieter. The staff is always welcoming and happy to help with the needs. Complimentary breakfast is exceptional, way better than the ones provided by the big chain hotel groups.Loka restaurant and staff were friendly and always on top to get items filled up quickly when they were running short. The menu is exceptional with fresh food and beverages. The reception and lounge is very appealing and always kept clean. Housekeeping staff is always readily available to help especially Kangan was very professional. Reception staff did an awesome job in accommodating our request for an extended stay and shared with us different feasible options we could choose from, which I haven't experienced from any other hotels before. This shows how much hotel management cares about their customer's experience in every way. Will highly recommend to anyone visiting Bangalore who wants to explore JP Nagar/Jaya Nagar area. Thanks and hats off to all the staff and management.

Break fast as all right, nothing extraordinary. There could have been more options such as cereal selections, pancakes/waffles. I went for breakfast at 7.30 am and didnt see any of these. However, service was good and prompt. Had lunch with a guest. Again, the portions kept were modest, making you wonder whether there was more of it for later guests. The staff kept hovering and stirring the dishes periodically. Variety was again not much. Room service was prompt, but the Aloka salad that i ordered was not good. tasted very raw,poor seasoning and altogether not upto the mark. The reception staff who checked me in was super. She gave me an early check in without any fuss.

Had a very pleasant stay at the Greenpark Hotel ,Bannerghatta Road ,Bangalore ,very strategically placed at the Vega City Mall junction with a lot of greenery inside and excellent service ,all the staff are very courteous,ever willing to help and smiling and same at the Restaurant as well which served some amazing food ,including mouthwatering Haleem. The ambience at the front lobby was excellent.The rooms were well appointed and the Housekeeping staff were always willing to help and also the operators were very prompt in answering and assisting.All in all a very satisfying experience.

Great stay at Hotel Greenpark, Bengaluru. The room was spacious and quiet, with Netflix and Prime available. Staff were very warm and helpful. The highlight was the authentic South Indian breakfast spread, absolutely delicious with the best filter coffee! Location is convenient with trendy restaurants and pubs nearby (Uru and Jollygunj).

The location, conveniently close to the IIM campus, offers exceptional value for money. The best part, however, is the staff, who strive to make every stay comfortable and memorable. We requested a surprise birthday celebration for my friend, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. Special thanks to Jabir from security and the F&B team for their efforts in arranging a surprise birthday cake and delivering a wonderful, memorable experience.
